- Project Cancellation by Client: If a client decides to cancel a project before work has commenced, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Failure to Deliver Agreed Services: If Astreda IT Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to internal issues, a refund may be issued.
- Non-compliance with Project Milestones: If there is a significant delay in project milestones without prior communication or a justified reason, we will evaluate refund options.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are generally not provided under the following conditions:
- Client’s Change of Mind: If the client changes their mind after the project has commenced, no refund will be issued for the work already completed.
- Partial Project Completion: If the client decides to cancel after a significant portion of the project is completed, a partial refund may be provided, covering only the uncompleted stages of the project.
- Unsatisfactory Results Due to Insufficient Information: We rely on accurate information from our clients. If the project fails to meet expectations due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, refunds will not be issued.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
- Contact Us: To request a refund, clients should contact our support team at support@astredaitsolutions.com within 30 days of project completion.
- Evaluation and Resolution: Upon receiving the refund request, we will review the project details, milestones, and any applicable agreements to determine eligibility. Refunds are processed within 15-20 business days once approved.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
Astreda IT Solutions reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
